In a painful twist of fate, I've been forced to end all physical/verbal interaction with my parents. particularly hard considering my young son. I can't believe this is my life.

Thank god for Alicia and Nicholas though, having them in my life gives me the strength to do what I know in my heart is right for all of us.

I cannot allow the poison that is my family to infect my son, I simply cannot. So I will give him hugs and kisses and tell him I love him every chance I get. I will keep the insanity that nearly destroyed me so many times away from him. I will do it for him and me and Alicia. I will do it at all costs. Even if those costs are my parents.

I won't tell the story, so it will be technically impossible for anyone to judge, but I must get this out before I explode.
